We meet with your property managers weekly and establish monthly, weekly, and when necessary daily reporting to review your asset's financial performance, including examining cash availability and vendor payables, trends in occupancy, rental rates, delinquency, and operating and capital expenses. We especially keep a watchful eye on underperforming or non-distributing investments to implement strategies and allocate resources effectively. Our focus is on both long-term appreciation and short-term cash flow, and we monitor the financial health of the investment property, anticipate market and property-specific trends, and ensure that property managers implement appropriate asset strategies.


If your investment is a value-add, our role as asset managers is to guarantee the achievement of your capital projects.

Our team conducts quarterly and annual reviews of your asset by assessing quarter over quarter and year over year performance, updating assumptions on future operational and value-add plans, and analyzing the impact of changing market conditions.
