He is a licensed North Carolina real estate agent since 2018 and holds accreditation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as certification from the National Apartment Association. Anthony's portfolio includes conventional, subsidized, and tax-credit multifamily and single-family housing, as well as specialized assets such as senior housing. Anthony has also successfully managed properties through renovation projects, showcasing his ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results.

Anthony has extensive experience in property management, having managed over 300 single-family homes in the Piedmont Triad and Charlotte-Metropolitan areas as a property manager for an owner-operated housing provider. He also served as the Head of Multifamily Operations for a newly established multifamily housing provider, where he established operational procedures and managed the company's entire multi-family portfolio and workforce. Through these experiences, Anthony gained valuable insights into the shortcomings of established 3rd-party management companies and the risks associated with bringing management in-house without prior experience.
